How to Build a Reliable Forehand in 30 Days

A reliable forehand starts with a repeatable unit turn and early preparation. Most recreational players wait too long, which forces them into rushed swings and unstable contact points.

Spend the first two weeks focusing on spacing and balance. Use shadow swings, then feed balls into a comfort zone so you can groove the path without fighting awkward positions.

In weeks three and four, add intentional targets and tempo changes. Consistency comes from intentional variety — not mindless basket feeding.
